I don’t know about you, but for me, after Christmas is the hardest time to decorate. Everything looks so bare once you take down the Christmas decor. Your heart is ready for Spring but it’s still Winter outside. It’s too early for the Spring colors so I like to transition to a simple look.
This Winter I went with black, creams and sage green. This creates a great base that can last you until the fall. I love the woven boho look right now and I’m obsessed with greenery.
How to transition to spring and summer? In the spring just bring in a pop of pastel with your napkins, chargers and flowers. I will also change out the little signs. For the spring I will most likely go with a soft pink accent and the Summer I’ll change to soft yellows.
Remember to think simple and seamless for your base. Have fun!
